I’m 5'6 and about 125 lbs ordered a medium in white. It fits perfectly and looks amazing! The fabric is thick and not see-through at all, which I love sm. The pockets are super handy for my phone or even tennis ball plus the length is just right. it doesn’t ride up or feel too short. quality feels so good for the price, I’m planning to get more colors.

starting a year or two ago this material started taking over athletic leggings, and it's awful. too thin and shiny, it provides minimal shaping, while illuminating cellulite with its high shine. it depends on being super tiny and difficult to get on for compression. compression isn't shaping.
the legs are far too short, they either need a long option, or add at least two inches to the inseam. the scrunch butt is only the top couple of inches, combined with the fabric's inability to shape, it served only to make my butt look more flat and mono-cheeked, not less.
perhaps these work well for someone with a more robust body mass. for me, they were a disappointment.
chucked them in the trash, will not buy again.

I have yet to find durable , flattering leggings until now. These allow for full range of motion, squat proof, thick waistband for a flattering look, as well as a scrunch factor. These fit true to size and can be worn in and out of the gym comfortably.
