Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please send a return request email to support@peachmeleggings.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a PeachMe Leggings E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that sale items are NOT eligible to be returned.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any items that are returned damaged
  • Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
  • Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains and/or tanning solutions
  • Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
  • Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
  • Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date

Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Items may only be exchanged by mail once.
